Kayla McIntyre

(she/her) Founder // Licensed Massage Therapist

Massage Therapy CE Provider

The human body has always fascinated me—a complex design composed of layers of tissue and intelligent systems. Our framework of bones, muscles, and connective fascia works in harmony, powered by the brain and neural pathways, and safeguarded by the lymphatic system. Shaped by our memories, environments, and lineages. I approach bodywork with a deep appreciation for this interconnectivity.

My journey into the healing power of touch began when I became Reiki certified in 2014. I furthered my education at WCC’s massage therapy program in 2015. Following this, I gained extensive training in medical massage, structural integration, manual lymphatic drainage, craniosacral therapy, and Thai massage. I blend these modalities to create deeply relaxing and transformative sessions for my clients.

I’m passionate about expanding my skills and sharing knowledge with fellow massage therapists, and have been offering mentorships and education in house since 2022. My hope is that every visit to my spa feels like a sanctuary where you can unwind and reconnect with yourself.

Lisa Moody

(she/her), Licensed Massage Therapist

Trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Spa massage, I can offer relief from tension as a result of injury or accumulated stress. I have a passion for slowing down and connecting with the present moment.

A nature lover, an artist and meditator, I bring mindfulness and attention to your individual needs.

I strongly believe that by massage, a person may connect to their mind, body and spirit, which can allow one to nurture what is really important in life! I would be honored and humbled to meet you and help facilitate your healing journey.

Brenda Stueber

(she/her), Licensed Massage Therapist

Hello, I'm Brenda, a passionate massage therapist dedicated to providing exceptional care. I find immense joy in my work, embracing opportunities for continuous growth and professional development since May 2019.

My specialized clinical training includes addressing headaches/migraines, neck and shoulder pain and tension, chronic low back pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthritis, and relieving sciatica.

I particularly enjoy working on neck and low back/hip issues, recognizing their widespread impact.

Continuously expanding my expertise, I am certified in various massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue with specific ailment relief, deep Lomi, deep table Thai Massage, LV7, Cupping, Breast Massage, and Reiki. Through these modalities, I aim to bring relief and relaxation to my clients.

If I’m not helping someone, you can find me cuddling my pack, being in the wilderness, checking out some delicious food, being on the road or boogying on the dance floor. I’m looking forward to meeting you, working together to increase your quality of life and melt the world away.

Ren Skolnick

(they/them), Licensed Massage Therapist

As a lifelong movement lover, I bring the deep wisdom of my practices of Contact Improvisation, yoga, and conscious dance with me to the massage table. My understanding of dynamic movement in my own body helps me to feel holding patterns and tension in other bodies. I designed my own degree at Fairhaven College called Eco-somatic Movement.

I believe our bodies are intelligent ecosystems. One essential concept in an ecosystem? They don’t exist isolated. We are connected to the world around us through our embodied experiences. When we have imbalance in these experiences, integrative touch and movement can be excellent tools to reconnect. When we restore our relationship to the body, we remember our entanglement with all life. Taking the time to kindle this deep care for our bodies, we can return to our life and work on this Earth resourced and thriving.

After I graduated from Fairhaven, I knew my next step in my eco-somatic journey was integrative touch and bodywork. I completed WCC’s massage program in June 2024. Through my bodywork offerings I hope to facilitate regulating and nourishing space. I hope to help my clients access their own embodied resources to rewire pain patterns and find a sense of balance and connection in their being. My work is oriented towards opening space in the fascial system, the body’s connective network of mycelial tissue.

Payton Lewis

(she/her), Licensed Massage Therapist

Growing up in a highly holistic family has inspired my passion for natural healing. With a father and sister working as chiropractors, I grew up understanding the benefits of bodywork and how it can positively benefit people’s lives.

I have been a massage therapist since 2019, specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage, with a special focus on lymphatic drainage and craniosacral therapy.

Outside of work, I loves exploring the great outdoors, discovering new adventures in the city, or pursuing artistic endeavors. I’m excited to start at Little Oasis and work with you!

Kate Elliott

(she/her), Licensed Massage Therapist, Occupational Therapist

I am a seasoned practitioner with 37 years of bodywork experience. Beginning as an occupational therapist, I later shifted careers to become a licensed massage therapist. My background in the medical sciences and my deep understanding of the body makes my massage unique in its feel and effectiveness. I’ve been a lifelong athlete, a yoga teacher of many years, and a neurofeedback facilitator, all of which inform my perspective and healing work.

My massage weaves together an uncommon set of skills and experience, shaped further by my love of kinesthetics, and a strong intuition. Each session caters to the individual’s needs and goals. Modalities used may include Swedish, Relaxation, Neurohumeral, Trigger Point, Muscle Energy Technique, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Injury Treatment, Passive Range of Motion, and Breathwork techniques.

I have always been a lover of anatomy, intrigued by the nervous system’s interplay between body and mind, and sought ways to be grounded in the present moment. I view massage as a potent form of caring for oneself and preventative healthcare at its best. I love what I do and welcome you to come experience its powerful effects whilst simultaneously taking refuge from the stressors of the world.

My passions outside of bodywork include being a parent to a really great human, playing out in nature, and meaningful communication / connection with others.

It's a beautiful synergy, where each passion enhances the other, allowing me to offer a unique pathway to wellness and beauty that's as nourishing and refreshing as nature itself.

Vanessa Guidon

(she/her), Licensed Esthetician

My journey in the beauty industry began with a fascination for how skincare can transform and enhance natural beauty. It also put me on a path of helping my husband to achieve acne-free skin. I love the blend of science and artistry involved in analyzing skin types, evaluating concerns and recommending tailored treatments.

I take pride in helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin holistically at Little Oasis. Continuing education is crucial to me; at Little Oasis, I stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends, techniques and product innovations.

Beyond the technical aspects, my goal is to create a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for everyone receiving a service from me. Building trust and rapport with clients allows me to deliver results that exceed their expectations. Being an esthetician isn't just a job for me, it's a passion that allows me to blend my skills with a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best.

My hobbies when I am not working are skiing, skating, rollerblading, hiking, watching movies, exploring restaurants and cafes with friends and spending time with my husband and daughters.
