General FAQS

-When visiting our wellness center, we ask that you are mindful of noise. Please speak softly while in the lobby, hallway, and in the treatment room. This ensures that there are no disruptions during your and others session.
-No outside food or drink is allowed, besides water bottles.
-No children or animals are allowed in the center.

We are located at 1200 Old Fairhaven Parkway, suite 203. We have full off-street parking.
Upon arriving, you can access the elevator room that is to the right of the courtyard, or the stairwell that is to the left.

Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment at the earliest.
All of the necessary forms are texted to you when booking your appointment. Be sure to have those filled out before coming in.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, this will effect your service time. Late starts on our part will accommodate for missed time.
Please note: we are a by-appointment only busineess and do not offer walk-ins for any services.

Any locked doors with a keypad can be opened with the code: 1569.
This includes the first floor bathrooms, the stairwell gate, and the elevator room door on Saturdays/Sundays.

Yes, but they are only eligible for massage therapy with Kayla McIntyre, or the sauna. Since we are all independent operating businesses within the center, gift cards cannot be redeemed for any service at the center.
If your current gift certificate was intended for skincare and you prefer that, please reach out to us so we can find a solution.

We ask that you notify us of an appointment cancellation no less than 24 hours from your appointment time, or you will be charged for the full duration of the session.
For no-shows, you will be charged for the full amount of the session, to accommodate our practitioners time.
All sales are final for all packages, services and products.

Our spa has two massage rooms, an esthetics room and a private sauna room. We can comfortably host parties of 3 people at a time for services.
Please call or email us to coordinate parties of 3 if you have any trouble booking online.

Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Venmo, Cash.
We do not take insurance, but can provide you with a superbill if you would like to get reimbursed through your insurance. Please let us know in advance.
We are able to run HSA and FSA cards for medical massage. Please be sure to obtain a doctors referral + HSA approval before coming into your session.

Just bring yourself to your appointment! Your provider will conduct a brief yet comprehensive consultation to create a personalized session tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and specific concerns.
Before coming in for your appointment, be sure to avoid excess caffeine, and make sure you are properly nourished & hydrated.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to slip into after your session, and avoid wearing any jewelry.
A gown can be provided for you to wear during your facial. You can dress down to your level of comfort for massage-most people fully undress but underwear on is okay too.
Please do not wear any perfumes or synthetic fragrances.
Before arriving, be sure to practice proper hygiene and avoid cigarette smoking.

If you have any active rash, sore or irritation on your face
If you are dealing with a serious medical condition.
If are sick with a fever
You are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

Contratindications for massage therapy:
You have a fever
You were recently involved in an accident with acute edema
You are dizzy or nauseated
You are bruised or have open wounds, rashes, or severe sunburn.
You have blood clots, fractures, open or healing wounds, skin infections, and healing from a recent surgery.
You are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs

Yes! We currently offer couples massage on Wednesdays and Fridays-Sunday. You can schedule couples massages on our booking page. To book, book yourself, then your partner as a second service.

Kate + Lisa: Sundays
Please call or email us if you have any difficulty scheduling. Keep in mind that our couples massages are in different rooms.

Sauna FAQS

Our infrared sauna is located in a private room, ensuring that your session is exclusively for you. We provide all the towels and water you need, but we recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated afterward.
You are not required to wear a swimsuit or towel while you are in your sauna session, as this is a private room for you to use.
Arrive in loose, comfortable clothing that is easy to slip back into after your session.
Avoid wearing any perfume or synthetic fragrance during your visit.
Please practice proper hygiene and avoid smoking cigarettes before arriving.
Please note that we do not accept walk-ins, so be sure to book your appointment in advance!

We recommend 30 minutes to start, and increasing to 45 minute sessions as you gain a tolerance for the heat.
No more than 50 minutes is allowed in the infrared sauna. Our saunas heat ranges from 135-145 degrees.

Do not use the infrared sauna if:
You just had a waxing or dermaplaning treatment
You are pregnant or trying to conceive
You are under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs
You have a fever
You have an acute injury with substantial swelling
If you are taking any medication, or have a chronic disease/condition, especially if it inhibits sweating, you must consult with your physician before using the infrared sauna.

Yes, add on an additional person for a $5 increase when you are booking online.
The sauna seats one person comfortably, but can fit two people at the same time if you are both sitting next to each other.

No, we do not have showers at this time. We provide a cold wet towel in the mini fridge in the room that you can use after your session.
