Our highly customizable therapeutic massage is designed to meet you where you are. Based on your goals, each session can focus on relaxation, pain or injury treatment, or a combination of these.
Each therapist offers a unique approach, ensuring a well-rounded and integrative experience. Various modalities - including Thai, Lomi Lomi, Esalen, Swedish, medical massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, Trager and craniosacral therapy- will be seamlessly interwoven into your massage to create a highly effective session.
*If you are wanting insurance reimbursement for medical massage, we can provide you with an itemized receipt with the CPT code. HSA + FSA cards are accepted.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage
A gentle form of massage designed to stimulate the flow of fluid through the lymphatic system. The light, rhythmic movements will have you deeply relaxed while swelling melts away.
This modality is helpful for those who struggle with edema, are in recovery from surgery, have had toxic exposure, or are doing a cleanse.

Couples Massage
We can host two people at a time for massage. Whether it be it with your sweetie, friend or family, experience a rejuvenating spa massage together! You and your partner will receive massage in separate rooms.
